STAY AWAY FROM THEM! The most rude,racist,unprofessional and not knowledgeable person I be ever talked to in my entire life the girl on the phone. Most unprofessional,not knowledgeable and unreliable company ever too. Came in on February and they made the issue with the heating worse,now the radiators are working 24/7 and can't turn off!! We have to sleep with the windows open because it's too hot and hence super noisy. Instead of coming in an fixing THEIR mistake,3 MONTHS LATER we are still yet waiting and radiators are on 24/7. We are going to take legal action even if it takes years to resolve.we are not going to let them go away like this.i hope you guys close soon!

I took the maintenance service from JDU recently for my cv ketel. My cv ketel was working fine , I just wanted a regular inspection. After the maintenance work the pressure of my cv ketel started dropping and by the evening it reached nearly zero. The technician just wanted to sell a new cv ketel and unnecessarily created a panic situation at our home, by ruining our existing one. I complained about it on the same day , but did not get any accountable answer from them. They are highly unprofessional and not a value driven company.

What poor customer service, very customer unfriendly and unprofessional, spoke to a certain Renee who I think also reluctantly goes to work, what a grump. Firstly, they did not receive confirmation of the appointment. Secondly, they canceled the appointment 1 day in advance, only to have their turn again two weeks later. The technician just missed me (normally you get an update when the technician arrives). He called me once and then I called back immediately, but again the service was not friendly. And they all threaten to charge costs. I definitely don't recommend this company, I wouldn't spend a red cent on it.

the company driver parked on the pedestrian walkway in front of my house and saw that I was driving with a child in a wheelchair, he did not move the car but jumped out and blamed me for touching his side with the table (there are no stains on the car) he was rude and rude, he said no one will respond to the complaint. I have never encountered such primitive behavior. thoughtless young man

I don't understand where all those negative reviews come from. Called this morning regarding... a problem with my central heating boiler, they were already at my door in the afternoon. Analysis was done very quickly and we even had the right replacement part in the mail. The replacement part did not meet the installer's requirements (made just a little too much noise) and was then rushed to the shop to get a new one. And everything with a smile. We received enormous help and I therefore recommend JDU to everyone.
