Terrible. I had a problem with my nefit central heating boiler. Calls arrived quite quickly. Lack of thermostat. The following week I purchased a new thermostat. Still malfunctioning. Called again, checked again. Answer You don't have to call us anymore because we don't know. Hello Sir. Meanwhile, €600 lighter and still a broken central heating boiler. The boiler malfunctioned every time. Well said the mechanic. If you want hot water, just reset it. What has happened now is that the entire jacket around the boiler motor has overheated so much that a new one has to be installed. Thank you for your good advice. And the fault was simply not properly cleaning the inside of the boiler. The mechanic could have noticed that too. Because our thermostat has always worked fine. So just cost us. And then saying go to my colleague is very easy. So Mr. gas guard. Sorry I don't advertise for you. By the way, my husband was shocked that you said on the phone, go to my colleague. He was just astounded. And certainly not rude!

Unbelievably bad service. Nothing but good things to say about the service technician who works there! Very helpful and friendly man. We are renovating our house and have been in contact with this company for weeks about installing a new boiler. Yesterday the technician came by to record everything and we just received a message in broken Dutch, in which our name is also misspelled: " Dear Mrs Gerrarts, We unfortunately have to inform you that we are returning the possible order because we have received too many awarded orders. We wish you continued success with the work" We initially thought it was a fake message, but that was not the case. Just no time: "then you have to find someone else". Terribly bad! Be warned !!!!!!!

Worst service ever! The gentleman even dares to call back, not for help but to make a note in his system not to serve the concluded service contract. While payment has been made. Reason: I don't feel like coming by when we find out through a second company that there is indeed a problem with the boiler! One star is still too many, especially how you are treated. Filling pockets in these times of staff shortage, but not providing any service. Gaswacht's response below is of course a shame. I also agree with other comments such as “hello sir”. This is how we experienced Gaswacht's reactions.

We have no unpleasant comments about the technician who came by once. But unfortunately the person on the phone didn't have a friendly word about it. Reported a problem with the water pressure of the shower after they stopped by, but according to the gentleman this was due to the thermostat. Treated indecently and rudely, even called to track our details, probably so that they do not come back with another problem. Therefore, never conclude a contract here. And speaking of a SERVICE contract, what service!? Your story is not even listened to and they will not come to repair your boiler, despite repeatedly asking them to do so.

Gaswacht makes his money easily. The technician worked for 45 minutes. Still, we had to pay the full price of €399 for a simple connection. Because we accepted the quote. So, regardless of the actual costs, the quote is binding. So, the quote wasn't prepared with the right expertise; it's just a guess. So be warned!
