Ik heb met deze firma 4 jaar een onderhoudscontract gehad voor ketel en wtw, maar na 3 jaar zijn ze maar gaan factureren tegen tarieven die we niet hadden afgesproken en ook niet te herleiden waren naar indexpercentages. Voor de beeldvorming, van 150 in 2021 naar meer dan 250 in 2025. En dat voor nog geen uur werk en onder de conditie dat er geen voorrijkosten zijn omdat we als appartementencomplex veel klanten hebben die achter elkaar gedaan worden. This company supplies entire neighborhoods with heat pumps and as a resident you 'have to' take out a service contract if you want to keep the warranty.
