Francken en Vermeij B.V.

A few years ago, this company installed a heat pump for me. It never worked properly. The technicians from Franken en Vermeij B.V. came several times. Each time, settings were changed, and the technicians blamed each other for the incorrect settings. The heat pump is a Vaillant brand. Vaillant also inspected it, but without the desired results. I then hired a competent company myself, and after two hours of work, my heat pump is working perfectly. I contacted Mr. Lelieveld from Franken en Vermeij and told him that I had incurred costs to get the heat pump working properly. I indicated that I assumed Franken en Vermeij would cover (part of) the costs. According to Mr. Lelieveld, he couldn't do anything for me.

Am really happy with this company. On a Friday it was found that the heating boiler was really almost finished. A week later a new boiler was hung. The fitters did a really great job. And Paul, the director, made sure that everything was arranged very quickly and efficiently. Am very satisfied

Bad. The technician has caused damage to us and invoices can be sent, but after contacting us several times about our damage, you no longer receive any feedback about it. On March 4, we sent photos, etc., as requested and we were promised to come up with a suitable solution. To this day (May 3!) we have heard nothing again. Since the technician has been there, we have also had the occasional loud knocking at the boiler, something may not have been adjusted properly and someone would come by to take care of it. We're still waiting. The technician came by on March 14 (1.5 months ago). In any case, we will go to another company. Nowadays it's bizarre how bad the service and aftercare is at companies. As can be seen here!

This company deserves a big compliment! Very helpful and quick to respond, others can learn from that. Within 48 hours our defective rental geyser was replaced by a HR cv boiler. The mechanic was very skilled and resourceful in finding the best solution. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

.from Friday evening until today Sat. 16.45 hrs,..breakdown service regularly called. No response, Henk is still working?!?...would find it so nice and polite if customers with a subscription are called back,..especially if it is indicated by your recorded voicemail.
