Service was perfect

Today a technician came for the central heating because we have new carpet and I don't let anyone go upstairs with shoes on. This technician just left because he doesn't want to take his shoes off. I think it's outrageous. This company should really think about what kind of staff they send.

What a tough company. Now the appointment is canceled for the second time because the planning department cannot plan there. Moreover, cancellations are made after you have been at home all day and have therefore had to take a day off. Where can I declare those hours? You would think that it would be your turn first the next day, but that could not be further from the truth, it will take a few days. And to top it all off, I have to take into account that the technician may end up in a traffic jam. And who's problem is that...!? Then you have to leave home earlier. Really a bunch of idiots there!!

Leakage in the central heating boiler, they won't have time to come by until Thursday next week. Pretty special! Don't work with them, this is how they work! They are busy, probably understaffed and don't have time to arrive early. In addition, I spoke to a very unfriendly woman on the phone. I was irritated, correct ✅ but otherwise acted normally towards the lady. I got the comment, you don't have to be so angry, sir. Excuse me? I'm not angry, just irritated and certainly not at you. But to that wonderful organization of yours! The last maintenance was in 2021, housing construction says every two years, they say 3 years and they were inspected last year. There was no announcement and I was just at home. And then don't bother to schedule a new one. We are now in 2025 😅

Central heating boiler is leaking (for the 100th time in 1 year), with moisture leaking a few centimeters from the socket. Extremely unsafe situation for a family with 2 small children at home, but still refuse to schedule an emergency appointment. Very unfriendly lady on the phone. The fact that there are so many bad reviews says it all.
