Very dissatisfied with this company. Hired to find a leak at my 83-year-old mother. Told approximately where the leak should be. Asked what the costs would be and how they dealt with covid19. Received a prize and was assured that residents would be distanced. After arrival, the technician spent an hour trying to find the WiFi channel and then started looking in other places. Resident had to help with a job, so no 1.5 meters distance. Nothing was set aside and therefore nothing was found, which is of course possible. Much more expensive bill. The resident immediately had to indicate how satisfied she was by entering this on the site. The resident was overwhelmed by this and had no choice but to give a good review. Measurement report comes from Leak detection central Den Bosch. After I asked for clarification by email, there was no response. Not even after 3 emails. Very unreliable company. I deeply regret this and am €500 lighter
