Last winter we had a new roof installed by Wim Hermsen Dakwerken, a company in which father and son work. And it must be said: they did a fantastic job! Wim Hermsen is a very enthusiastic man, who not only listens to the customer's wishes, but also comes up with suggestions that you would not have thought of straight away. Wim advised us in detail about the choice of roof tiles. His son Roy covered the sides of the dormer window with beautiful slate. We wouldn't have come up with that idea ourselves. The result was beautiful! The woodwork of the roof was partially replaced and a vapor sheet was installed. Our roof has a lot of corners and curves, so it was quite a job to get everything finished. However, thanks to the highly skilled people at Wim Hermsen Dakwerken, the project became a great success! And as icing on the cake, Wim replaced the old drain pipes with brand new zinc ones. Wim Hermsen, thank you very much for the excellent service!

The entire process of insulating the flat roof and applying new roofing plus maintenance to the chimneys went well. Roy made a creative proposal on how to approach the job when examining the existing situation, the company provided a clear quotation and made a clear agreement about further planning. The work was carried out quietly and quickly by Roy and his assistants with their craftsmanship and experience. I am very happy with the result.
