Dramatic this company! Van Haaswijk replaced the entire roof of our neighbours including roof tiles and finishing. After completion of the work, it turned out that there was a considerable leak in our bathroom on the 1st floor after the first rain shower. The water dripped through the ceiling and flowed along the wall. Our neighbours immediately called the owner Wil van Haaswijk to report this. The urgency was made clear. Employees only came after the weekend to see what was wrong. We looked at the roof ourselves: the finishing was not good and the pipe for the central heating was not properly attached. We did not hear anything from Wil van Haaswijk. The damage in the bathroom was reported to the company. No response. So we submitted it via our own insurance. Fortunately, the damage that amounts to a considerable amount is reimbursed by our insurance. They are now going to recover the damage from Van Haaswijk because it is clear that work that was not carried out was the cause. Two weeks later, there was a leak in another place during a rain shower with a lot of wind. Our neighbours reported this to Van Haaswijk again. Employees did come the same day this time. We looked at the roof together again. It turned out that the work was done sloppily. Cause of leak fixed. We have not heard anything from the owner Wil again, despite the fact that we contacted him. Our experience with this company is bad. The owner does not take responsibility and that is of no use to you. Otherwise a nice man who prefers to talk about his expensive house than about solving a problem caused by his employees. Not at all customer-oriented. At our neighbours' house it also turned out that the rainwater drain was blocked because it was not covered during the work and thousands of litres of rainwater came up during a heavy rain shower. The drain turned out to be full of rubble from the roof work. At the very beginning we asked him to remove our chimney. Wil (owner) was supposed to contact him but despite a reminder we never heard anything from him again. Not that we would want it anymore. Pffff, what a drama company.

Very satisfied with the work of the gentlemen of Haaswijk Dak BV. Went onto the roof with Wil to do a thorough inspection. Received a good explanation here. After approval, they could quickly get started. During the work I was kept informed of the progress, and photos were shared of the condition of the old roof and the structure underneath. The roof was neatly closed with an emergency layer at the end of each day. Thanks gentlemen!

Staff was friendly, neat and helpful. A ten-year warranty on the work carried out, so I will not incur any costs for the roofing work for the time being. Not that I expect any problems to arise in the coming years because the work was carried out neatly. I am very satisfied and recommend this company to everyone.

We had a pleasant conversation and ultimately ordered a new roof. So far everything is fine. After this things went wrong. An appointment was made several times to discuss implementation dates, etc., but these were not kept without notice. Haven't heard anything since then.
