This company was the only one that was quickly available for my roof leak! While others promise to be available 24/7 for emergencies and ultimately only arrive a week later, JBR was immediately present the next day. It is also very important and pleasant that they do not charge you unnecessary costs. For example, I asked if I should have my window gutter sealed and how much it would cost. They politely advised me against this instead of wanting to make money. In my opinion, that creates confidence! Big kudos!

Great. Quickly make an appointment for a leak. Called on the day if they could come earlier, great. They went to look right away and fixed the leak immediately. A great company, friendly and professional. If there is anything else we will definitely call JBR again!

After severe storm damage, I called and asked if my roof could be inspected. Due to several other reports, he said he would call me a little later, and this was promptly done. The next day, an inspection was conducted and it was determined that the roof had been damaged by the storm and needed to be replaced as soon as possible, which was done immediately. 10/10 Customer service. 10/10 Collaborative approach. 10/10 Experienced professional. Due to storm damage to the extension, I contacted Maintenance Company JBR. I was spoken to in a friendly manner by telephone and despite the busy period, they said they would come and take a look the same day. During the inspection of the roof, the problem was immediately identified and resolved. Very professional company that offers quality for a very competitive price!

Very satisfied with the work that was done. Friendly guy and likes to think along. I had a big leak, but this was fixed again. In addition, a small thing that had to be done, this the best man just did without charging the costs for it. It is always a bit of a puzzle and search for someone who does a good job and at reasonable prices, but with JBR that is fine. All in all a big 5 out of 5 stars
