After almost a year, the promised work has still not been carried out. Appointments are not kept and you are even ignored when you text or call. Even a notice of default does not lead to action. Thousands of euros in costs incurred without compensation; therefore, they probably want to be paid up front. A shame, because it started promisingly with work that was carried out.

After the big storm that knocked loose a number of our roof tiles, they were able to come by on Sunday morning to straighten the roof tiles. In the time it took me to withdraw cash (because she wanted to receive it in cash, they forgot to mention it in the telephone conversation) they were already ready. They were of course busy so I would receive an invoice after a week. After several calls and apps requesting an invoice, I have not received anything after three weeks.

Unprofessional. Have the roof replaced. In case of damage or leakage you will be brushed off and ignored. No warranty service at all.

We hired Best Totaal Maintenance because we wanted to have our bathroom renovated. In consultation we opted for a very beautiful and practical design. They worked hard and accurately and we are very satisfied with the result. The next project is converting the attic and we will definitely use them again!
