After repeated calls and assurance from receptionist, no one called back to check.

Complete roof renovation, including dormer window. They take care of it from A to Z, are very accurate and think along with you. Even when the challenge becomes more difficult, they persevere until there is a solution. Highly recommended!

End of August 2022 Aerts indicated via website that dormer window was leaking and whether they could repair it. Day later 2 fitters picked up tiles and carried out a roof inspection on dormer window. Conclusion was that it had to be renewed and that Mr Aerts himself would come and take a look to draw up a quote and costs. Waited for weeks and to date have not seen Aerts. Did receive an invoice from the inspection which did not lie, namely € 181.50. When it rained, before the inspection, it dripped into the bedroom, but after the inspection it has become a colander. Buckets are now in the bedroom to collect the rainwater. Fitters have broken more than before the inspection. Called and emailed Aerts several times, but they do not contact me anymore. Finally, after 4 weeks, called again and got Mrs Aerts on the line who said that the company did not have time to renew the dormer window in the coming months. Maybe they would have time next year. There was also an excuse afterwards that there were no tiles available, while I had already found a company with stock. Regret that I paid an invoice to a company that does not want to carry out smaller jobs, such as a dormer window. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, but that was a big disappointment. Be warned!

Called to make an appointment. This didn't work, the lady said. "It's not possible to schedule an appointment to come and have a look" Well, if that doesn't work, then the rest won't work either.

We had the company install new roof tiles on our entire roof. Also had the skylight moved/installed from the rear to the front. Can only say that we are very satisfied with their way of working. Someone else can also learn something from cleaning up rubble/waste. Top!!
