This company is happy to measure, then send quotes that are not too extensive and then sign the cross without any further questions. If you do have questions, they are difficult to reach and do not keep their calling agreements. Even an appointment for repairs does not get off the ground. What a worthless company! The demand may be high at the moment and there is plenty of work, but that doesn't mean you have to behave so indecently.

We had a leak and initially an investigation was done and an attempt was made to fix the leak. However, a few days later we had another leak. It turned out that there were more places that were not right. Eventually they came back and solved everything properly. Too bad it couldn't be done in one go, but that is understandable since it is difficult to judge. Furthermore, we are satisfied with the communication. :)

Years ago, our roof was covered with Metrotiles by De Boer Roofing. In recent years, the coating on this roofing has started to peel, making it very unsightly. Furthermore, the coating blows into our neighbors' garden, and the environmental damage this causes is unclear, including the risk to children playing in the garden. Bouwimpex (the supplier of this product) cites the cause as insufficient roof maintenance, which has allowed lichens to penetrate the coating. However, we disagree, as the coating is peeling in other areas as well. For those considering this roofing, take note: sweep your roof every year! We've been working on this for years and would like De Boer Roofing to resolve this problem. However, De Boer Roofing hasn't taken any action for years and continues to blame Bouwimpex. It's important to consider the above before deciding to install De Boer Roofing and use these Metrotiles.
