Completely disapointed with the sevice and the work they did. After again complaining about the leakage they said maybe they would have time in 2 months. I keep the pictures of the project as an example of HOW NOT TO DO IT.

I could write a book about my terrible experience with this company. Run while you can! In short: Roof made in October 2023. I come home and there are huge screws sticking through my new ceilings everywhere. Vugt's first reaction: It's on your ceiling! This error was eventually resolved, but I had to organize everything myself. Just stop at that. The roof starts to leak. From the first email - without even asking anything about the leak - the response was: It's not our fault anyway. Every reason not to have to help is taken. No time. You have had a roof duct installed. (Yes, with permission, on the other side of the house, and because you didn't come!) During the first round of leakage, we had to complain continuously for four months, call in legal assistance, and even have to appear in person at the counter a few times. someone came by. It was done - at our expense!! - a chimney stuck in. It was now also summer. We thought it was done and had solar panels installed. It kept leaking. Now Van Vugt had the ultimate stick: you have solar panels so we can't do anything for you anymore. While the type of leak - according to other companies I have consulted - suggests that it is not a problem caused by panels. Van Vugt cannot know that because they have never shown any interest in our leak in the first place. In short: this company is terrible at communication. The boss Olaf is often downright aggressive and sends the most embarrassing emails. He is only concerned with deflecting responsibility and taking on a victim role. I waited a long time (too long!!) to post this review because I was hoping something would happen. By now my hopes have sunk to zero and the least I can do is try to save others from this bad joke of a company. Do. It. Not.

Agree with Ashley B and Jacqueline's reviews Hope that a Vugt roof is less leaky than the communications of this company, because what a disaster that is! And then after almost 9 months, after many phone calls and emails, you hear about your leak: "this concerns plumbing and we don't do that." Then I wonder if you even want to do business with these people... I certainly don't recommend it!

Vugtdak's new roof started leaking. Don't count on help if there is a leak. You don't get any further than the friendly operator, but you don't get a call back and you don't get a response to emails. Very unreliable.

Van Vugt installed a chimney, after which a leak occurred. When reporting it, Van Vugt immediately cut off all contact and takes no responsibility, even in the weeks after the incident after several telephone calls and e-mails.
