Anatefka Dakrenovatie en Onderhoud

Ben and the Anatefka team renovated 3 roofs in our house: main roof (including the chimney and dakkappel), dakterras, and the roof in the shed which were in very bad state. Water was already filtrating. We are very satisfied with the results so far and with the way the work was carried out. Ben and his team are very hardworking people who know what they are doing. They took time always to address our concerns and to answer our questions about the progress of the works. Communication was good, and always flowing. From the initial time we got a quote was in February this year when we started looking for solutions for the water filtration problem. We choose them since they offer an attractive price, they could do the work that we wanted to have, the way we felt we were treated as costumers and in principle they could start the works relatively soon. Due to circumstances outside their control (issues in the rooftiles factory and delivery) the work was postponed + holidays came in between too. Luckily once everything was ok on the logistics the rain stoped and they could start around the end of june. Within 7 days the bulk of the work was done, and another 4 days were needed to finalize the little details.

Extremely bad service. Anatefka fixed my roof three times within 3 months, in the summer of 2017, and every time the leak was only getting worse. In the end, they refused to compensate for the damage, so I have to take them to court. Insurance company sent their independent expert who confirmed that Anatefka did a very poor job on the roof, with many mistakes. Would never contract their services again, and i definitely do NOT recommend them to anyone.

What a breath of fresh air this company! They provided a quick and competitive quote. They then provided a thorough explanation of the products and procedures to be used. The price-quality ratio is excellent! Fantastic communication. They always provided excellent information about the time and progress of the work, and if it was temporarily delayed due to frost. The work was carried out perfectly as agreed and quoted. They also collaborated with the client, such as dismantling the scaffolding before New Year's Eve to prevent any damage. The work was completed neatly. Everything was neatly cleaned up and left behind. These guys are passionate and dedicated to their work, and they're truly the Fiddlers on the Roof. In short, a big 5 stars for Ben and his team.

Very nice company, friendly people and good communication with Ben. Agreements are kept and invoices are invoiced according to the work. The attached photos show the new roof covering of the extension. Anatefka installed this, including new insulation plates on a slope. After this work, we had another roof renewed by Anatefka.

Pleasant people, easy and fast contact, both by phone and by email. Our balcony was re-fitted with bitumen and new lead flaps. There were some challenges in the job, they handled them well, came up with a good solution. Always wait and see if old leaks have been properly fixed, but I have confidence in that.
