Our chimney needed renovation. To this end, I asked Antoinette BV (whom we already knew because of their good bark stone sweeping work) to make a quotation. This quotation arrived quickly, was clearly composed and well specified. Because I share the chimney (mantle) with our neighbors (semi-detached house), it was important that our neighbors also participate. They also said 'yes' to their part of the quotation. The quotation (price) was also very reasonable. The renovation was carried out excellently: scaffolding was used in accordance with regulations, good professional tools and, above all, a lot of expertise. Work content: in addition to new grouting, also repairing masonry, cleaning, applying Ubiflex (formerly lead flashings, now lead replacement material) and impregnating. The chimney is like new again (that's what it looks like) and the work was, in summary, done fantastically by Marco (owner Antoinette BV) and Toine. Also with a smile! A week later, all zinc gutters in our house were replaced and new coverings were applied to both dormer windows, with new zinc bead edges. Beautiful work!!! And if it's not good enough: the plating on our house has also been replaced after 36 years with beautiful dark green Trespa. This has also been carried out with craftsmanship. The overall work deserves a 10! I would like to highly recommend Dakbeheer Antoinette!

After the perfect renovation of our chimney (see also the review), we also had the roofing of two dormers replaced: this was done with great craftsmanship! It looks fantastic. At the same time, we also had new zinc gutters installed, both front and back. Once again, top-notch work, completely in accordance with the (neat and clear) quote. Finally, they also replaced the sheet metal on the facade with Trespa. The way they did it is truly top-notch carpentry. In summary: Dakbeheer Antoinette can handle the entire spectrum of exterior renovations. Therefore, they highly recommend it. And...no, I'm not family, but simply a very satisfied customer.
