Appointment had and quote would come within 4 weeks. Everything was promised fine that it would be fine but so far I have had to wait at least half a year for the quote. The company also does not respond to emails. That is really Top Level! Too bad. If they do not need "civilian customers" they should be honest and let this be known.

Absolutely terrible. They've been working on the market in Hoensbroek for ages now. This job should have been finished long ago. They're dragging their feet. Furthermore, trash is flying off the roof, and they're smoking in the stairwells and elevators, where it's strictly forbidden. We also thoroughly reviewed their work with a few professional roofers over the weekend, and their work is definitely not good. Definitely not recommended.

I called at the beginning of April for a quote, an appointment was then made for admission on May 19, where they were wanted for a long time. So far so good. They were supposed to send a quote within 1 week after calling for 2 weeks, but they had not yet had time for it. She called again last week and already indicated that if she preferred not to make a quote, she had to indicate this honestly. I understand that. But this wouldn't be the case and they would go after it. Unfortunately, still no quote yet. I understand that there are challenges in terms of craftsmen and more expensive materials and that it is very busy. And I can get in there, but making someone wait where they can make a good buck and not responding, I don't quite understand. I'm sure they will do a good job, but that's not how you do business.

Email sent for a quote to insulate the roof. Never received any response. The email was sent around mid-May.
