Terrible company! I.v.m. Due to a wet spot on the back wall, our neighbors reported a leak for us last February. Leakage should have been resolved and the invoice paid properly. Due to the rainy summer, the spot was never able to dry properly and we discovered at the beginning of this year that the spot is still wet. Had the technician come again, another leak was found and it should now be repaired. Another invoice for €115, because they do not provide a guarantee on their work. Reported yesterday (two weeks later) that the problem has not yet been resolved, a voucher can be created again, but you will then have to pay € 115 for it again. This way they can continue to find things and not solve the original leak. A voucher can always be easily created, but the email does not say anything about the fact that they do not provide a guarantee. I expect that if I report it, the thing I am reporting about (wet spot on the wall) will be resolved. Daxateur is not cooperative, not flexible and provides no service at all. This seems more like a scam than a company that should take care of you. Thanks for nothing, won't call you again.

Good and reliable party. Fast and expert analysis and action in the event of a leak in the gutter at a fair price (especially compared to other parties). Annual MOT service also provides peace of mind and a clear picture.

Poor communication from the office. Agreements are only partially adhered to and responses take a very long time if they are responded at all. The problem was eventually solved, but it took a very long time and I had to call everything myself. Not a pleasant experience 👎

I fully agree with the words of Dr. Frans Loven. Brassers!! Customer friendliness is hard to find and proper communication. Daxateur provided the roof for the entire street itself. Tinkering. Point the finger at the homeowner because oh yes, we had not purchased a maintenance package. I have been waiting for a call from the owner for 2 months. Not going to happen again! The roof has already been repaired in 5 different places. I hold my breath for the future. One piece of advice: don't call these people! Ask for advice from people who demonstrate respect, professionalism and customer focus!
