Renewing bitumen roofing including new roof trim. After 3 months there is leakage on the new roof covering, this leakage has been resolved, after 8 months a large part of the new roof covering is loose with an extreme amount of water underneath. After many phone calls and whatsapp message, the damage has been repaired and now serious leakage has occurred again after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, it is now refused to repair the damage resulting from the previous action, despite a 10-year warranty.

Mess work done. Had the roof replaced three years ago after a leak. Leak again. And after checking, the roof appears to be badly laid. With junk material. Mr Arrangement asked my neighbor 200 less for exactly the same job. Never, ever again.

This gentleman repaired my flat roof 3 years ago. However, a bump has quickly formed underneath. In the beginning, Cees still answered the phone, but that is no longer the case. He came by to take a look, was able to comment a lot on the rest of my house, acknowledged his mistake, but didn't show up after that. Worthless figure.

Cees Degeling came to replace a piece of flat roof in June 2020 (there was no leakage, but the roof was outdated). Although the roof itself was done quickly, during the work he broke a piece of the top of the rain pipe/water drain (this runs a bit under the roof and can therefore not simply be replaced) and a piece of jointing on the wall underneath. He did not report this, but we heard from our neighbors. Mr. Degeling also left a large gas bottle behind. I contacted the gentleman several times to ask when he would come to look at the broken parts and pick up the bottle, but as soon as it came to making an appointment I didn't hear anything anymore. With my last approach I received no response at all. In addition to the work, he also had very strong opinions on what can be a sensitive subject for some. Everyone has their own opinion, but professionally it is of course different. In short: the roof installation seems to have been neatly done so far (the cladding), but the professional attitude and communication afterwards about the other matters is hard to find! That's why I wouldn't use him again. We had the broken cap and grout repaired by another company (additional bill of €420, - Thanks Devason!)

Devason has professionally renovated two of our roofs that had solar panels on them. He tilted it to renew the roof covering and neatly replaced it. Roof trim also renewed and everything neatly tidied up as it should be. R. Schenk Heerhugowaard.
