June 2025 - Scrapping of old roof coatings, roof isolation with coating. I could not be happyer. The roof had to be redone because a different roofing company had been able to create 7 defects on 12 m2. Van Muijden proved to be a great choice to fix this. From beginning to the end, a pleasure to work with: all people I interacted with from 1st call to payment and invoice were always friendly, collaborative, solution oriented. My questions were answered with competence and patience, regardless whom I asked. The offer was nicely detailed, allowing a clear understanding of the anticipated tasks. The final invoice reflected the small changes that occurred during the project. The installation team that worked 3 days on this roof (also because of the heat on those days) were competent, hardworking, friendly, listened carefully and patiently, thought along when I voiced concerns and took me seriously. This is particularly relevant when they are working for and with a woman. I had to make some different experiences with different companies, which is an additional reason why I enjoyed this experience and recommend Van Muijden.
