I recently needed an adjustment to my meter cupboard, and Reefman Elektro B.V. executed this to perfection. The technicians arrived on time, were extremely professional and had impressive expertise. They worked with professional tools and high-quality materials, which really made a difference in the quality of the work for me. Everything was neatly installed and functioned perfectly in no time. In addition, they gave clear explanations and left everything tidy. Adjustments were also made within the home, which were carried out to our complete satisfaction. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail, which made me feel completely comfortable with their work. When I read the bad reviews here, I can't agree with them at all. My experience with Reefman Elektro was quite the opposite: reliable, professional and customer-oriented. I absolutely recommend them!

Scammers! They send a 'person', not called a mechanic, to an address. This gentleman has never heard of an energy box, which is really not a bad thing. But this gentleman 'looked' at the energy box for half an hour and asked himself 20 times what on earth it is and did nothing else. Then took pictures for herself and left. Later I also receive an invoice for this, which I find very absurd. They send people to look at a cupboard for hours and throw a nice invoice behind it. Easy money to make, what a rotten company.

No idea what they are doing, first they broke the central intercom system by replacing a power supply. Then they connected a light switch incorrectly, the left switch to the right lamp and the right switch to the left lamp. While this was communicated in advance, and still connected incorrectly! Now they have broken the fuse box more than before they came. And in the end they blame the customer. Unprofessional on the phone with a colleague and telling the customer to keep his mouth shut. The gentleman himself has noticed that there is a problem with the bus system of the fuse box. Very roughly pushing and pulling the groups in the fuse box back and forth, causing all the lights and equipment in the house to flash and go on and off. Now I feel unsafe in my house because of the fear of a fire in the meter box. Have to walk downstairs to let people in who are standing in front of the central door. In short, bad experience with this company.
