Now don't secretly remove it again!! Mulder Security was supposed to replace a battery for a security installation with us on January 27, 2023 between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM, but no one came. When I called them, they didn't know anything about it and I would be called back. And that didn't happen, so I called them again and a technician would come by, who was nearby anyway. That mechanic installed a new battery, but he lost a screw. I was then asked to sign his phone and I asked him what time he had written down. Because that wasn't on his phone!? He said 18 minutes, but that he would make it 15 minutes, because he had to look for that screw and then get a new one from his car. And then an invoice arrived by email with extras such as a service car at €20.35 excluding VAT and arrival/departure costs at €35.50 excluding VAT! It also stated 0.25 hours at €89 excluding VAT. The attachment did mention 15 minutes of labor, so the technician actually wanted me to sign for 25 minutes of labor on behalf of, I think, Mulder systems! Last Monday I called them about that bill and I was supposed to be connected, but I got the operator on the phone again and I was supposed to be called back last Tuesday. Well that didn't happen!! I only transferred the actual costs that week and just now I suddenly received a call from Mulder systems. I had to say the above, because I/we think this is a really rude attempt at fraud!! ☹️

Just now, I nearly went off the road on my bike because Mr. Mulder Beveiliging took the highway exit far too quickly in his company van, and couldn't yield to the bike path at the bottom. Bad, especially for a company that's supposed to provide safety.
