Already several times well and neatly helped by the Schelfhout Electro team. Today we had an unforeseen setback during our renovation. Schelfhout thinks along, finds solutions. Within the hour an excellent mechanic (Wouter) was at the door. Thanks team for helping us out!

Not a single star!!! Big scammer and deceiver!!! Bought a fuse there, it was not packed, we paid 50 euros for it, when we got home it turned out not to be the right one, we contacted the seller Schelfout, he did not want to take it back, he is not susceptible to any reason!! Scandalous cheating people like this!!! I hope you never sell anything again and no one comes to you! Your business can be closed immediately for all we care. Disgusting the way people cheat money out of their pockets Honesty lasts the longest, but this person has never heard of that!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought a stereo. Didn't play well anymore. After 4 weeks of silence I called again. According to Schelfhout, there was nothing wrong with it. Then I visited again. Then he saw the flaws. Said it wasn't like that before. Got to work on it, he said. Was supposed to call me that week. Still no call after 2 weeks. Then I called again and after almost 8 weeks it was ready. 75 euros. Had resistors and other things replaced, Schelfhout said. Not. Still had the same defects. The following week (Tuesday, 19/9/'17) it was taken to a shop in Terneuzen. Ready and made two days later. The power supply was defective. Replace. And 3 months warranty! But what bothered me most was that they saw NO repairs or replacements. So Schelfhout has not replaced anything. This was also the case with at least 4 other customers, according to the manager of that Terneuzen business. So it is fraud. 0 stars Schelfhout. First and last time.
