During the final stages of installing the fiber optic network in Assen, the technician from Communicatie Techniek Nederland told me that there was a kink in the cable in my driveway, which resulted in a weak signal. This would be resolved. That would require another team, I would be contacted. Since no contact had been made to me after six weeks, I was able to contact Communicatie Techniek Nederland after a long detour. After a long conversation I was finally promised that the problem would be solved. I was told that the repair work had not taken place because I had not taken out a subscription with T-mobile, now Odido. After I stated that according to the conditions I was not obliged to take out a subscription with Odido for the repair work, I was promised to resolve this. We are now eleven weeks further and nothing has been resolved. Customer service is hardly or not at all available: after a call has been made, the call is cut off. I don't often give such a low rating, but unfortunately in this case it is no different until it is repaired.

Company does not respond at all to emails or messages on social media, does not keep appointments, simply worthless. Connection was not done properly, no check was carried out (someone would come for it) and now we are without fiber (do not show up for appointment).

Living in the neighborhood But they are more than happy to use your driveway while you have to leave urgently, but no, they then hit your gate and just drive away quietly. I don't even have an appointment with this company, but you will be thanked, but don't return with your bus and your trailer where you don't have an appointment.

The company would install the fiber optic installation in our building. We have now called 3 times, because according to them we were not at home on the relevant day of installation (we were at home). Each time I received the response that the person in question would pass it on to her colleague who is in charge of the installation in our building. This person has not called us back for a new appointment for 3 weeks. Today a fellow resident in the building also called this company and was casually told that the person in question who does the installation in our building will be on holiday for 3 weeks from today. There is no replacement available, so we are without internet and TV for another month. So we have to contact you ourselves, after which the company will take no further action. No communication is provided about the longer waiting time, as the technician in question is on holiday. I think it's really bad service, since with the move everything is arranged on time in terms of internet/TV and then you get this hassle and you're still without internet and TV for 2 months. I hope that a solution can be found as soon as possible!

I've worked for them for years, and of the 13 years I've worked in fiber optics, I've been with CTned for over 11 of them. I've seen a lot, experienced a lot, and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended for all jobs.
