I had a great experience with Elektro Enkhuizen! Everything was neatly finished as agreed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't understand much about it myself, but the men took the time to explain it to me thoroughly. After all the work they did, everything was cleaned up nicely and worked as desired. Very bad experience with Elektro Enkhuizen. When signing in all the electrical work in the house, they said they would be working for about three weeks. If we wanted to have things adjusted, we could indicate this immediately. After five working days, they visited the house with the request to have an extra socket installed in each bathroom. This was no longer possible because they were supposedly already finished. It was just after noon at that time and the fitter said he had already cleaned up everything and didn't feel like getting his tools anymore. On the other hand, flush-mounted boxes are being installed for facilities that we don't want at all. The result is that the tiler neatly saws the tile around the flush-mounted box, which leaves us with a useless hole in the tiling in the bathroom. An installation drawing was provided for the heat pump, but they still do it their own way. Requested plugs are not installed because they think that is not necessary. Because yes, that's not how they work. They also forgot to install a pipe fan in the utility room. When asked to install it after all, they say that this can only be done by means of coves and gutters. This could be done via the storage room and then, according to Elektro Enkhuizen, it doesn't matter that it doesn't look good because it's 'just' a storage room. Spotlights in the veranda are placed according to our own insight, while the position of the spotlights was clearly indicated on the drawing. Fortunately, this was corrected in time thanks to adequate action by the contractor. A spotlight in the toilet upstairs was not possible. According to Elektro Enkhuizen, it was agreed with us that they would simply let a pipe come out of the ceiling. However, this was not agreed at all. They probably agreed this with themselves, because we know nothing about it. The result is that we can't hang a lamp in the toilet now. Elektro Enkhuizen says that they are not responsible for the finishing. A good electrician thinks along. He had told the contractor that they should have filled in the hole so that a lamp could still be hung. Now there is a gauze over it and you can't do anything with it anymore. When you have a complaint, it is often not responded to or only after several calls or emails. All in all a very bad experience with Elektro Enkhuizen.
