Extremely unprofessional. You call to ask if they can do anything for you. You explicitly ask whether there are any costs involved. The answer is: no, because we first want to see what is going on. Then they send an invoice afterwards, which we then dispute. They then engage a collection agency for a claim of less than 150 euros, without telling the collection agency that it is a disputed claim. In short, they are not even honest with their own collection agency, at least not completely because they do not share your email in which you dispute the claim with reasons. Just tell me in advance what something costs and I will be willing to pay. I don't like these tricks and I don't pay on principle.

The price is opaque. Hardly respond to emails. If you ask why something costs so much, they ignore you. When they came to do the work on my house they left within an hour because the specification was not EXACTLY as described. No discussion about why, just "we're leaving". This company is just like any other construction company right now. The market situation is that they do not need to provide good quality service due to high demand. As a result, they will provide you with a quote without proper explanation or research into the situation of your home. They don't care because they have a line of customers waiting. Unfortunately, in the Netherlands there is no concept of doing the work correctly and with quality for the sake of pride in one's own craftsmanship. There's just: pay me so much for saying so, and be grateful for whatever the results are.

I have already had this carried out twice by this company. And so far, flawless from A to Z! Friendly guy on the phone, both times nice technicians who go the extra mile. The last time by Marc, hanging up a light and moving the power strip, was not known in advance, but without any sighing or beeping, it was an extra job! Top! Will use this company again next time!

Nice, friendly and neat man, explained what he was going to do in plain language. The fault was resolved quickly and professionally and everything was left neat and professional.
