Everything went smoothly thanks to good preparation! Professional guys know their trade and can therefore respond quickly to unexpected situations. Communication with the boys is also excellent, so the right support is quickly arranged. So all in all, a reliable company! The next security job is also already planned.....

Dimmer in the living room was broken. Concept Elektro was able to solve this quickly and effectively. Only at an absurd amount! The technician had to come by twice (2 times less than fifteen minutes) and both times you get the call-out costs + car costs (who comes up with that?) for your choice. Just a dimmer, nothing more. Received a small compensation after contact, but the final amount exceeded 200 euros. Never again with this company. You can make some money off me, but you can't pull out a leg. Done.

Good help for our gas extinguishing installation. The inspection date had been moved and Wesley from Concept Elektro was able to make an opening to help us with the inspection that day. Also helped yesterday with putting it back into operation after a malfunction. Knowledgeable, thoughtful and flexible! Super party!!

Made an appointment in April to connect a power point in May, the date was discussed and confirmed by email. However, the electricians arrive a day late. When we contacted our contact person, we were told that if we had any further comments the work would no longer be carried out, but we had to pay the invoice in full in advance otherwise they would not come anyway. The date was very important in our case due to cooperation with other installation companies. Our company could not operate on the days of work and so we agreed on a date well in advance, but unfortunately this company is not included. reliable and certainly not susceptible to a solution.
