We contacted Van Hoof two months ago for a quote. Our email wasn't answered because it was in our spam folder. Still no appointment. We finally contacted his son, and the appointment was scheduled. After arriving on-site, we're still waiting for the quote. We contacted his son directly again and an employee, but to no avail... the canopy will be installed tomorrow without the electrical work having been completed.

A good and honest company. Read reviews from last year here, which are not so positive. However, these concern the period when the son suffered a lightning strike in his house, which made it no longer habitable and the entire interior had to be rebuilt. In other words, the staff had other priorities. Even on weekends, the breakdown service person is easily accessible. A great team!!

Called a company 3 months ago to connect a charging station and a connection for an induction hob. They then indicated that they were too busy. Fine, honest answer, I will look further. 6 weeks later I received a call to ask whether a connection was still necessary. Charging station had already been installed, as I had already reported by telephone. The technician came by after 3 days to make a quote for the induction hob. About 2 to 3 hours of work according to him. Contact was good. Then heard nothing more from the company, sent twice a text message that the hob had now been purchased. Unfortunately no more responses, therefore 2 stars, unprofessional of this company

I'm barely reachable by phone. When I text them asking when they'd like to come over, I don't get a single response. I've been waiting since March. I understand it's very busy, but I'll let you know.
