My Nibe Heat Pump was completely installed by Heuvelman in 2.5 days by Jan and his colleague. Very professional men with a lot of respect and hard workers who have no problem with an explanation when asked. Now in operation for 3 weeks and I regret not purchasing the system sooner. Also thank you very much to Peter vd Weele for the advice and calculations. I recommend Heuvelman to everyone!

We received exceptionally good help from Heuvelman. On a Friday afternoon we unfortunately became involved with a rogue electrician. After looking in the meter cupboard for 3 minutes, he knew for sure that the entire panel had to be replaced (he had probably already burned it out himself). We first had to pay 3300 euros in advance. When the new panel was installed we had made no progress, the failed block still did nothing, but according to Beun de Haas this was due to a connection above behind our loft. If we removed the beams he could reach the socket and he would be happy to repair it. Of course, the closed void had to be demolished. Because I didn't trust it all, I started looking through the yellow pages and came across Heuvelman. I called on Saturday and Heuvelman was on my doorstep within less than half an hour. He quickly figured out what the problem was. A defective refrigerator. All that work had been unnecessary. The electrician was with his son and also disconnected the refrigerator for us and placed it in the garden. We thought it was great service. The bill didn't arrive until weeks later. 245 euros for excellent work. I am very satisfied with the work they have done. Big compliment to the Heuvelman company

Had discussed timeline and activities. Finally, after numerous calls, the following response: "...you don't think we will come to you if we get a better assignment somewhere else..." Assignment was: New meter cupboard Additional groups Kitchen plumbing Electricity in kitchen Radiators Thermostatic valves Extra sockets Install smoke detectors Etc The result is that we live in our new home without a kitchen, etc. for at least a month. My advice: don't even invite them for an assignment.

Following an electrical fault, I called 5 electrical companies in the area. Heuvelman was the only one I could reach directly and who could come by after an hour. The fault was also quickly detected. In short: satisfied!

Great company! Pleasant to work with, and the importance of our work for the customers is well understood.
