Worthless company! I had a dishwasher installed a while ago. It was never installed properly and I called about it several times. The front door stuck out 2 cm, not a pretty sight. Now I called 4 weeks ago to order a refrigerator. Of course they came by quickly to measure everything, after which they made a quote. We went on vacation so I didn't respond right away. When I got home there was an invoice in my mailbox for the measuring. When I emailed that the refrigerator was approved and that I needed it urgently (being without a refrigerator with children is disastrous!!) I was told that I had to pay 100% in advance. Strange!!! But anyway, 1800 euros transferred. Now last week I suddenly had a short circuit from the dishwasher. The reverse came the next day. He would immediately install the front door properly. When he was done he asked me to "just" pay 190 euros. Without being informed about this or being called about it. Nothing!! I refused to pay because I found this truly scandalous. After all, the dishwasher had never been delivered correctly. The icing on the cake: an email in my mailbox stating that the refrigerator would not be delivered until the costs for the dishwasher had been paid. I was simply being blackmailed!! The director himself was very vocal about this in the email. No service, commitment or any empathy at all. Sending invoices to customers without prior notice is absolutely not allowed. We have informed Radar, the Consumers' Association and Max! We have also engaged legal assistance. Never buy here!!!

Bad service. From thius, this company came to my home for smoke detectors, etc., they took my own smoke detector without permission. After contact they would return it, but more than 2 months later no smoke detector was returned. Company also did not respond to the email I sent on December 8. In other words, they are allowed to take personal items from your house and give them back, but they cannot.

Our dryer is fantastically made by Mehmet, has empathy, is very correct and friendly. Explains everything neatly and sufficiently. If necessary, we would like this technician to carry out our repairs again, super satisfied, what a nice person.

Bought a vacuum cleaner. We wanted to buy it locally instead of driving to the city to the larger companies. The offer really surprised me. They actually have everything. You can tell from the staff that they really know their stuff and can't just read the cards. Prices are normal. So from now on we'll be going to Lienden for household appliances.

Washing machine was broken. Before I even noticed it, the technician was already there. Good consultation about the repair. The washing machine was returned within 2 days. Really great.
