V.O.F. Bokkers & Renes

Bought a nice OLED TV. Neatly installed, received a lot of explanation and tips. Customer-friendly and service-oriented! I forgot to order a part needed to connect to the audio. The mechanic drove back and forth for a while and that was also resolved.

Great shop and great service

Unfortunately not a good experience with Bokkers & Renes. I requested a quote for the replacement of the glass plate in my Siemens oven in September 2021. Received this relatively quickly and after approval by the home contents insurance company, it was approved in early December 2021. It was then indicated that we would be contacted when the parts were received. I then sent a reminder email in February and April 2022 in which I asked about the status, both times it was indicated that the parts were expected to be received within 2 weeks, unfortunately this was not the case. I then sent another email in June and July 2022 in which I asked about the status. Unfortunately, I never received a response to either email. If you cannot keep the appointment or the parts turn out to be unavailable, please let us know. It does not show true customer friendliness to not let anyone know anything. Too bad, missed opportunity. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

What a bad company! Our washing machine cuff was broken so we ordered a new one and had it installed. But the next day it broke again, so I called again. The 2nd time the gentleman was quite grumpy and it "fixed" broke again the next day. In the end, Mr. came 3 times and each time he was even more grumpy than the last. In the end the machine was not made, in fact: we can buy a new one!!! But don't worry, we will use word of mouth to explain to everyone what kind of service they offer. Worthless!!!!

Very good quality-price ratio, and a very excellent repair if something is broken.
