I wanted to buy a telecom network and a security system for my small business. When I entered Petit there were 4 salespeople. 2 were busy. The other two completely ignored me. Not even a greeting back when I greeted them. After waiting 5 minutes I left again. They didn't even say "just a minute", no, nothing. I simply didn't exist. If this is the reason why customers leave the store, then as an entrepreneur you have to ask yourself whether you have such a good concept. Was it because I came in my company van and not an expensive mid-range car? Was it because I came in with the work boots and not expensive leather shoes? I don't know, but such arrogance as that company exudes is rare. This has happened to me twice in this store. Never "connecting" to Petit again and I will not recommend this company to anyone who will listen.
