Akta Elektra

Fantastic! Abram came to our apartment very late at night when our power went out. He found an electrical problem caused by wires that had gotten wet, and knew exactly what to do and how to help. He was friendly, professional, polite, and very hard working. He solved the problem in a hurry and helped with many things. He spoke English (and Dutch, obviously), which was also helpful. Highly recommended!

The first day they arrived 1.5 hours late which was an inconvenience as they were unable to fit all the lights agreed for that day. They were only able to return 3 days later to do the rest. The second visit they arrived on time. The guys are very nice and friendly. They are also flexible in terms of their availability to do the work. Cost is reasonoble in comparison to others. I would use them again.

Very bad experience indeed. The "gentlemen" who turned up to give a quote for a job, demanded a ridiculous amount for adding a group to our electrical system; claimed we needed an entire new box and wanted 1600 Euros to be pinbned on the spot. We had expected and requested only a free quote for work but they didn't leave and became threatening when we asked them to send an invoice. They refused to leave until I paid up and when I suggested I would call the police they became even more threatening and I had no choice but to pay by pin machine. They wanted 65 Euros for 10 minutes of time and when I complained about that, they said that anything between 1 minute and 60 minutes would be charged as a full hour. On top of the 65 Euros BTW was added. Do not use these people as they are totally threatening and unreliable.

We had two old electric network groups and one of the fuse boxes started burning. We called Akta Elektra and the same day they fixed the problem by adding a third group and replacing the old fuse boxes by new top notch meter boxes.

Very professional, polite, quality work delivered! 10/10 would recommend! Abraham gets the job done no matter what it is!
