Excellent company. Great service and excellent price quality ratio

As a midwifery practice, you always want to be easily accessible. We thought that we had arranged that well with Flexcom. After just a few weeks, that turned out to be absolutely not the case. From start to finish, we had a dull misery with Flexcom. Poor accessibility and even worse service. But then really very bad. They call it Murphy's law. I would definitely not arrange Flexcom if you want reliable telephony. Very happy that we are now rid of them and have a party that does think along with us!

What a wonderful company this is. We ourselves have an ICT company and are quite broad in terms of activities, but if customers need a telephony solution, camera system, Octalarm, door opener, intercom and that kind of thing, we put them in touch with FlexCom, a specialist in those kinds of things. And after that? The customer is always well served at reasonable prices. The work is done neatly, the staff is knowledgeable and if something is urgent, something can always be arranged. Today, for example, FlexCom helped me again to arrange a replacement Octalarm for a communal horticultural customer in urgent need of help after an error at KPN. (analog line taken off air due to an administrative error) The customer called yesterday afternoon with the problem, and this morning both we and Flexcom were on our doorstep. Everything is now running again, and a door opener is immediately connected again. And it is not exactly that people at Flexcom are calm, on the contrary. The fact that they still manage to postpone the planning to help a customer in need is really great. That kind of flexibility is rare. Flexcom: Keep it up!

Constant problems with the flexcom connection. They are usually the next on the doorstep. But I would have preferred a reliable connection... Especially for the money
