In the evening it suddenly turned out that the power had gone out on one group - to which the kitchen is connected - even though the earth leakage circuit breaker had not been switched off. The next morning we called De Groot and a very helpful lady indicated that she could arrange for an employee to arrive the same day no later than late in the afternoon. To our relief, this employee even arrived in the morning. He quickly discovered that somewhere in the internal pipes a welding cap was no longer making contact. Something that I would never have found myself, even with some electrical knowledge. After less than an hour the problem was solved. A fast and excellent service!

Unfortunately, I failed to show up twice for an appointment to install solar panels. The first time, I was notified by J. de Groot two days in advance, and the second time was a coincidence because I contacted them myself and it turned out to be cancelled. Although J. de Groot had already installed panels for this new construction project and had all the drawings, the new schedule was completely impossible. Moreover, the installers were careless and caused damage to the house. All in all, inaccurate, expensive, and careless. Not recommended.

Yesterday the 2nd set of 10 solar panels was installed by J. de Groot Energie. After the first installation 2 years ago, we were ready for an expansion. This installation was also very professionally installed by J. de Groot. You can tell that the technicians really know what they are doing. After installation, the gentlemen tidy everything up and explain everything. Today the readout of the new panels is also visible in our app. Now very satisfied again after this installation and can highly recommend this installation company to everyone.

After a malfunction in the evenings, I was able to respond by telephone and was able to partially solve the problem. A colleague called the next day and was able to solve the problem remotely without having to incur unnecessary costs. Thoughtful and friendly!

J de Groot was called in for our call board. What a job! Electrical wires (low current) were connected to each other with tape. The transformer block was placed loosely in the cabinet and could therefore slide and cause malfunctions. Bell pushes that have been supplied are of poor quality. There were actually a lot of disruptions immediately afterwards, which were not handled well. Electrician always not present at the agreed time. After the warranty period ended, another electrician was called in and he was amazed at what he found. His comment "whoever built this clearly didn't feel like doing his job" speaks volumes. Be warned!
