AVOID this company (they overcharge you and sleep over it)! We contacted them for a problem with the clogging of our kitchen sink, they showed up in 10 days. Then the first 2 plumbers (2 young folks) who came did their best but while trying they broke the metal drain unblocker which got stuck in our kitchen drain. Meanwhile the kitchen furniture also got soaked due to pressurized water going the wrong director (one of the plumbers also took photo of the damage, we didn't file a complaint because of good will). They left in 2 hours. The next day 2 new people showed up and after a bit of back and forth took out the metal spring, which was their own mistake. After a phone call, I was assured that they wouldn't charge for the next day. However when we got the invoice we saw that we were charged for 3 hours instead of 2 hours (and an hour is 90,90 euros). Even though we provided them with visual (photo and video) proof that they spent 3 hours, the administration insisted on charging us for 90,90 euros extra. They do not have any proof other than arbitrary numbers on their system (which includes the first two coworkers sitting idly in their car for 30-40 minutes in front of our house after they left). Will never recommend them, avoid at all costs.

Leaking plumbing booked them through other company associated with them. They came very fast, work very fast and leave everything clean before they go. Very friendly too. Highly recommended as I know how other plumber did the work for me

Super friendly!! And helpful . We first asked help from another company but after a week the toilet was stuck again! Turns out the last company didnt even look at the problems . This company did! With cameras and other gadgets they quickly fing the problems. So they are actually solved . Would recommend

Terrible service, just terrible. Called for a simple blockage. Seemed fixed, wasn't. Terrible communication, no self reflection, no apology. The customer is an idiot and should just shut up. Never again with this terrible terrible company.
