We hired DCA Dienstverlening to clean the windows and exterior of our small restaurant, and they did an outstanding job. The team was punctual, professional, and very thorough. They used eco-friendly products, which is something we really value in our business. For a small restaurant like ours, cleanliness is essential—not just inside, but outside too. We booked DCA to clean our windows and solar panels. Honestly, I didn’t expect such a difference, but they sparkle now. The guy who came was super friendly and explained everything.

In short - this company does poor quality work, causes damage, makes false promises and stops responding forcing customers go to court to make them responsible. By hiring them you risk unprofessional work, property damage and no guarantees. They may not be in business for long - we are taking them to court, and filing a complaint to suspend their contractors license for their unethical business practices. Including pictures to make customers aware. Details: We were unlucky to hire DCA for the facade cleaning (sandblasting) last August. Initial communication was quick, with promises of quality work and no damage being made. We specifically inquired several times no how the DCA protects the windows (as we've just had new expensive double-pane glass installed). Clear promises were made that everything will be covered to avoid any glass damage, then carefully cleaned up. The reality was so far from the promise. As the work was performed, no glass taping/covering was done. We quickly pointed that out to the worker, who assured us that everything will be OK. It didn't look OK to us so we took videos/photos, and called the DCA administration sharing the observations and photo evidence. Again, promises were made that this is normal, they know what they are doing, and we shouldn't worry. I was explicitly asked to stop calling them and raise the issue again. Yet, once the work was done and windows were washed with water, ALL glass has covered in sandpits. DCA initially tried to minimize the problem, saying that the damage is minimal, but the expert evaluation showed that the glass is ruined and needs to be replaced, resulting in ~EUR 30K cost. DCA promised to address it (in writing), but then started delaying the process by months. Eventually, they stopped responding. We have all issues documented and DCA confirming responsibility in writing, but it's a pity having to go to court having them take responsibility for their unprofessional work. It's taking a considerable about of time and stress, and we regret so much hiring DCA to do the project. Besides the damage, the facade wasn't even cleaned well - there were a number of spots where the dirt remained. Compared to our neighbors house which was cleaned by a different company - the work is very poorly done (see pictures). The house was left in a dirty state (sand everywhere), including sand marks on the neighbor's facade, so we had to clean it up ourselves later.
