First impression was good. Went around the house together, discussed the work. It all sounded good. The work went well for the first few days. Only a lot of mess, months later there was still cement left behind everywhere. It was even all over the front garden in the grass and on the plants because they used the cement mixer there But hey, you can clean up a bit of mess When all the old joints were removed, they started cleaning the walls with high pressure. Since it is a single-brick house, this meant that water flowed in everywhere. All the window frames leaked and even created mold on the plasterboard Okay, it can happen.... bad estimate but hey, the house was already being renovated. After the third day, the work was still far from finished (the work was supposed to be finished after 3 days.) Misjudgments sometimes happen, that's okay. But if it is then at the expense of the work, it is no longer acceptable. From the third day on, the atmosphere changed. They suddenly picked up the pace because it was probably going to cost them too much by now. while placing the new joints the cement flew everywhere. edges were not neatly finished, places still had the old joints visible etc. when everything was finally ready the whole thing was going to be impregnated. they would come back for this after the weekend. This was the last time I heard anything. tried to have email contact but nothing came of it either To say that I am disappointed is an underestimation, it was all presented so nicely but in the end not delivered like that, and that is simply unacceptable.

Jointing from this company is very good. Unfortunately, the lead work was not finished properly and a few things went wrong. So an awning fell down and a shovel hit my window. The work also took considerably longer than expected. I would therefore not recommend this company. Still want to use services? Make clear agreements in black and white, limit yourself to the "simple" jointing work (cutting, jointing, impregnating) and always keep an eye on things.

Our children's house needed to be grouted, so we came across a cousin's grouting company. He was able to arrive at very short notice and did a fantastic job. They did a perfect job and it is definitely recommended to have them insert it. Men, it is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. Thanks for the fast service.

Cracks were neatly and quickly repaired, and the window sills are also back in place. A job well done!
