If there's a phone number on the website, if you call them, you'll get a recording saying they don't check voicemail and that it's better to call them at 06 or leave an email. Well, I've done this with both of them, but it's just like the recording: they don't listen or look! I just ask them a simple question, but they're too lazy to even do that. If you've hired them to do a job and you have a question or complaint, I think you're out of luck. But luckily there are MORE CONTRACTORS. Sincerely, Jan P.S. Had a very bad experience. I'm having big problems now because of it. 1. Does not keep appointments (postponed 3 times without notice) 2. Despite repeated requests, no contact about delivery dates 3. Very poor communication 1 tip, have your job done by another party.

We found PGR Facade Renovation through our neighbors. After a short selection process, PGR emerged as the best. I found them to be a cooperative, sociable, fast, and professional company. They're willing to go the extra mile and deliver excellent work. We're very satisfied with the facade renovation and the work they completed. Our house looks great again! The staff is also friendly and helpful. Afterward, there were a few minor finishing touches, which PGR themselves pointed out. Great guys! Thanks! I also don't understand the comment below at all!

Very poor contractor, carried out renovation work in 2008 at our VvE on Ermelostraat in The Hague, did very poor work. Used poor material and the work on the balconies and facades was not carried out properly. Absolutely does not keep appointments. Bedroom, kitchen and adjacent bedroom have been covered in mold for years and the balcony is under water, rust spots on beams, water regularly flows into the rooms and kitchen. PGR did not respond, gives false promises to restore the work. Architectural Consultancy Wieser's Advies has issued a report on the damage caused, even the paint work was not good and came off at too short notice. The work was done after pressure from a lawyer, but... Now in 2014 I still suffer from leaks because the work has still not been done properly. Now fixed again by plumbing company. NEVER RETURN TO WORK!!!!!
