I hired this company to repair concrete rot and earthquake damage. The initial quote was substantial, but I accepted, assuming it was serious and specialized work. Later, additional work was proposed, again at a hefty price. Because the work was on a tower, including scaffolding rental, I agreed to that as well. In the end, not only the additional work, but the overall project itself turned out to be considerably less expensive. The work performed was much less extensive and complex than I had anticipated based on the quotes. Nevertheless, I had to pay the full amount as agreed upon. I would therefore like to remind others to carefully check quotes and, if necessary, have them reviewed before accepting them. This can prevent a lot of discussion and disappointment later on.

Difficult to get in touch with, after the assignment there was ultimately postponement after postponement about which there was minimal communication (we always had to do it ourselves). Ultimately the work was carried out, but when I indicated that I was dissatisfied it was again difficult to get in touch about it. After almost a year, the gentleman came by again and had a nice story for everything, but he didn't listen. He wanted to repair the joints, but at my expense. No service/warranty at all, no assistance whatsoever to find a solution. (Unfortunately it is not possible to add photos of the disappointing result)

After waiting for almost a year for a job I heard again that I cannot be helped for the time being. I have stopped with this company. I find it very unfriendly that you sometimes do not get an answer when you email and that I am told a few weeks ago on the phone that it cannot take long while now I am told during the last recent telephone contact that I still cannot be helped.

Don't do business with these people! After a leak, they did a commissioned balcony restoration for 2,500 euros and afterwards the balcony leaked even more. After complaining, they twisted things around and said that they had done their job well and that the defect was not covered by the assignment. Due to a lack of personnel, the work was carried out by incompetent personnel. In the meantime, they had already made us wait six months for implementation. We were told that repairs to their own poor work would require payment. There is no way to complain on their site, they are not certified anywhere and immediately sent a threatening collection. Find another company for your construction or renovation!
