Update May 2021: After my review, I was approached by Takkenkamp and they filled the wall insulation anyway. Too bad it had to go this way, but it's good that it's all resolved now. In October 2019, we had the representative visit us, because we also wanted to tackle the insulation during the renovation, since this could be done from outside, we planned this last. The representative neatly drew up a quote that we could agree with. The appointment was then scheduled for February. Due to a defective machine, they could not come, this was reported on time and a new appointment was scheduled a week later. So far no complaints. On the day of the appointment, 3 men were on the doorstep to carry out the insulation. They got to work in good spirits and the job was done in about 7 hours. They start by drilling holes, after which they fill the holes with insulation material and then fill them with cement. This was all done properly..however.. After about 4 months I saw moisture on the inner wall and after a heavy rain shower also on the outer wall. The new floor in the basement was also coming up. I immediately reported this to Takkenkamp, ​​who sent an expert. After a short investigation it turned out that they had drilled through a drainpipe. When asked what to do next, the expert from Takkenkamp had to consult with the head office. Within 2 hours an answer from the head office, no excuses, nothing, but a quote of €1000 to replace the insulation!! As if I am going to pay €1000 to Takkenkamp for the damage caused by Takkenkamp? No, thank you. Finally contacted my insurance company and they found that the work done by Takkenkamp had caused a loss of €12,000: walls damaged (paintwork, plasterwork loose, mold) floor could be thrown away (because it was completely warped and also mold) repair to the outside wall etc. Thank you Takkenkamp, ​​you really saddled me with a lot of misery! No apologies, nothing. Worthless shop.

Avoid this company! When you see an advertisement, take the time to write a review. You get great sales stories, until you have a complaint, then it's all about stretching and training until the customer gives up. Received a quote for re-insulating with Aminotherm. Various specific questions were asked regarding moisture. These were answered positively, so implement them. Nothing is covered during the execution, so the street and split next to the house is full of fallen mortar. Then moisture problems in the crawl space, the filled boreholes formed stains on the rain side of the house and the cavity was not filled properly everywhere. - thermal imaging camera - Complaint filed and after the standard auto replay it becomes quiet. A sick employee was the reason. This can happen, but this is certainly no reason not to inform the customer about this. Then a very nice man comes who understands everything, is very interested in the heat pump, but after that, nothing again. Eventually the advisor comes around again. All they wanted to do was repair the boreholes. But I had already done that myself. Disagree of course. The advisor then becomes the new complaints handler. Then you guessed it, he rejects everything. Quite logical because after all he answered all the previously asked questions positively. A self-respecting company will not have a complaint handled in this way by the same person. No problem at Takkenkamp, ​​with the branch management in the cc! Says enough anyway. Raising money is the only goal. Dear people, pay attention before you have the cavity blown up. Preventing moisture penetration, impregnation, is important. Also below ground level, where many homes have their walls constructed with sand-lime brick. And that type of stone absorbs moisture very strongly.

Takkenkamp seems like an interesting company to do business with, but don't let them fool you. This company takes no responsibility for their work and when you ask a question afterwards, they don't even take the responsibility to explain to you in an email what's going on. They keep referring to something that doesn't apply up to 4 times and you can go to hell. Worthless attitude.

Have the ceiling insulated. Ceiling skirting boards are stapled, causing holes in your skirting boards everywhere. In addition, a skirting board was fitted too tightly, causing it to bubble. Furthermore, they made the wrong partitions, they still tried to get the entire amount, because they thought it was our fault, while they measured everything. After long negotiations, they lowered the amount slightly. The complaint about the skirting boards was not responded to.
