Extremely satisfied with the delivery of our new windows for the top floor and the attic. 1 window was damaged, the men saw this themselves when installing it, took immediate action and ensured that it was replaced. The invoice was only sent after all work was completed and replacing the damaged window was great. Nice people on the phone and in the field.

Had all the windows replaced by this (rubbish) company in May 2020. After completion, there were grime smears all over the walls and nails from the old glazing beads everywhere outside. They cannot tidy up and leave things tidy. Ultimately, the invoice only arrived in December with the comment that we had still not paid... as if I were the defaulter while they themselves do not have the administration in order because I had never received an invoice. But the comment asked if I wanted to pay for their administration right away... It is now 2 years later and the paintwork that was carried out immediately after the new windows is starting to peel... the manufacturer's opinion is that it is a cheap bunch of glazing beads that were used. Painting should last at least 7 to 10 years, but because of this cheap rubbish it doesn't even last 2 years. I have already emailed twice to come up with a solution, but as expected with this club of amateurs, no response has been forthcoming. Stay away from this group of bastards!!!

All the windows in the street were replaced here via the housing construction. After "this" company had come by, it turned out that there was a large hole in my countertop, which was not in the countertop before the work was done. The company was supposed to get back to me about this, but so far I have not heard anything. Emails are not answered, when I call I hear that the gentleman in charge of this project is not present and he will call back... not to mention the cleaning up of the mess they make during the renovation... I think it is bad service..

I called this company for a quote because that seemed faster to me. I was asked to put it in the email. Then they don't respond to it. I sent another reminder, but after more than a month I have not heard anything. New customers seem important to me for a company, but that is apparently not the case here. Very unfortunate.
