Worst service I have ever experienced. I contacted Glass Point B.V. after my bedroom window was broken. They assured me that they would come, measure, and replace the window immediately by choosing their “express service”. Instead, they left me waiting for over a MONTH to replace the broken window and eventually cancelled it. On top of that, they installed a plank of wood, temporary solution, without informing me about the cost beforehand and charged me an outrageous amount for it. The lack of transparency and professionalism is shocking, and their so-called “express service” is a complete joke. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look for a reliable service elsewhere. This was a truly horrible experience. (When I searched for an alternative solution , they came within two hours and replaced my window with half of glass point cost!!!)

I waited 5 months to get a broken window fixed (in winter). They forgot about my order twice and did not inform me. Since I singed the contract, I could not cancel my order even after the second mishandling. I had to call customer service several times to know what was going on and their favourite words are "I don't know, we will call you in 2 weeks" and never call back. Once, they even hang up on me. However, once they came, the two workers (from glas AA) were very effective and the replacement only took 30 min. Would not recommand Glas Punt at all.

WARNING!! LET OP!! I have to say that reparation went very well and fast, but I didn't receive any bill through post or mail. I have contacted them by their own website (contact form) 10 days after reparation cause I wanted to pay but there was no reaction from their side. After that I tried contact them more times but they ignored me. Finally I received a letter from DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY and I needed to pay even more. This is not acceptable. If you want to avoid that kind of situation CHOOSE DIFFERENT COMPANY. If you are interested - contact me. We can create a case. The more people the better.

The person was really professional. However, because he refused to put shoe protection and came over with all the mud in his shoes I have to do a lot of cleaning afterwards.
