Extremely poor service and an outrageously high bill. I was supposed to be called when the glazier could arrive, but by the time I got home, he had already been there. The window was installed without any notice or consultation. Despite this "emergency" window, the broken glass still fell out after three days, and we installed a wooden panel ourselves. However, I received a hefty bill. Not recommended!

240 eur for a job not done. Were supposed to fix a 20kg bathroom mirror that was falling that they have installed 5 years ago. Came twice, they kept sticking a few stickers in the back and the mirror keeps falling. I still got invoiced for 235 Eur (for stickers?) a price that was never agreed nor expected. The mirror remains at an angle and moving down but I’m calling professionals. Feel totally robbed.

One star because it is not possible to give zero star. I had an appointment with them at 9:00-10:00 AM, until 9:45 they did not show up and when I called them they said still 10 minutes is left. I called them back at 10:15 and they said that they will call me soon. At 10:30 they called me that they will come in half an hour ! When I complained about that the lady on the phone didn't apologize and even said, very impolitely, that I should expect the delay and it is normal !! So you waste 2 hours of a person working day and it is normal. This is very unacceptable. I cancelled my appointment and I do not see this as a good sign for their quality of work. If you look at the other reviews you will see similar complains which means that they don't care about costumers and their time. In total, I do not recommend this company. There are much more better and costumer friendly company around.
