Called March 10 to schedule an appointment and indicated that we would be abroad for a week. You guessed it, you are called abroad for an appointment. Then after returning (dates were known) I waited a week and heard nothing. On March 26, I called again and yes, the person would call back and therefore had not properly looked at the appointment registration. After waiting 1.5 weeks, I heard nothing. So another party was called in, who quickly came along and gave an excellent quote for the more than 22 m2 of new glassware and fixed the installation dates. After which a week later the person in question called and indicated that he wanted to come and take measurements. Made it clear to him that we had now found another party that responded more quickly. The response was: "Yes, we can be very busy too." Communication just bad. Poor compliance with agreements. Fortunately, there are several glass companies. So next time: Never mind.

To start with, 4 incorrectly measured windows for which they had to come back. Can happen. But the first time the sealant was sloppy in some places, not well adhering, twice upon return for the incorrectly measured 4 windows the poor non-adhesive sealant was sort of repaired but still quite rough sealant, residue everywhere. Now that I want to start painting, I discover that there are still remnants of tape on two nose slats, with which the nose slats were stuck together for transport or something, is now under the sealant layer. Nice then. The boys worked hard, first in pouring rain, second time in the heat. I understand that it is not very pleasant. But then indicate that you cannot place it neatly in that weather.

good and fast work, but.... the technicians are very nice, but not very neat! several times with the windows against the wall along the stairs, which caused many dents in the plasterwork! and... I had to point out to them that they still had to clean up the glass that had ended up in the gravel next to the front door - because they had not put a tarpaulin or something like that under the windows when removing the old glass - they were just planning to drive away. There were quite a few glass splinters and larger pieces of glass, and the garden furniture that had been moved has not been put back. shame about these mistakes. Furthermore, it seems that the windows are in good condition. but that only happened yesterday, so I can't really judge it properly yet.

Benschop delivered the wrong glass, this glass is not legally allowed. The finish is terrible, gaps everywhere. And a pane was invoiced but never installed. First aggressive and threatening on the phone, then radio silence when a lawyer was called in. So stay away.

Very satisfied with the preliminary phase of measuring and making the quote. The delivery and installation went smoothly. The employees work very neatly. They also leave everything neat. Compliments!
