You get a note in your mailbox that they have been at the door and have missed us. We were just sitting in the living room. No one heard the bell that did not ring, we are home with 3 people, no one heard the bell, also the dog that barks when the bell rings did not bark. The note was discovered 5-10 minutes later. Called and they keep claiming that no one was home. Then you call again or knock and you see people sitting, the door is next to the living room. Very strange and not customer friendly.

Very shameless, disrespectful and unprofessional company. They can do little about delivery times...but they can do something about communication about it. If your window in the baby room is broken and you find out after 5-8 phone calls that the order has not yet been sent to the gas factory (or something similar), you do not feel taken seriously. They do not keep appointments. They say they will call back or pass on messages, but they do not. There is one rather rude lady on the phone who has no empathy at all...out of respect for her I will not mention her name here. Forced to be forwarded to this company via insurance, but I strongly advise everyone not to do business with this company. The end result (eventually placed above the window) is not bad in itself. The fact that they leave the installed window completely dirty from the work hands is something that I personally would have done differently as a company with glass installation as its core task.

Had to have a quote for a window, was helped quickly and friendly, within 2 days, 1 gentleman came quickly and hopefully competently measured the window to see if it fits for installation
