Years ago, I had a good experience with living room glasswork. So I went back to Glascompleet for double glazing in the front door. That was a complete failure: First, someone came to measure, but then I heard nothing more. After calling, it turned out the measurements were gone, so the man came again. Oh well, things happen. I made an appointment for the glass installation (3 panes). On the installation date, two men from Glascompleet rang the doorbell. "We're here to measure," they said. A funny joke, I thought, but they actually came to measure and didn't know it had already been done twice. I then called the boss and complained. He apologized and gave me a discount for all the misunderstandings. I made another appointment for the installation. That was today. The glazier said he only had one pane, and two of the wrong size!!! I couldn't even get angry anymore; this man had been sent out with the wrong equipment. I never need to see anyone from Glascompleet again. What a complete mess!

Glas Complement came to my place for the third time yesterday. And for the third time, I received excellent service. The first time was insurance work, the second and third times were done together from the house. They work quickly, the men who came were very customer-friendly and tidy. Their work also looks neatly finished. Paying at the door by card was no problem. Melvin from the planning department was professional and friendly, and provided clear and accurate quotes—in a word, fantastic! Very satisfied with Glas Complement! I'm a maintenance carpenter myself, so I know when things aren't done properly and neatly.
