Bij ruitbreuk hier uitgekomen, moest twee ruiten vervangen. Ruiten opgemeten, twee weken later plaatsen. Een ruit was prima, de tweede paste niet. Opnieuw gemeten, toen ook de derde ruit die intussen was gesneuveld (domme pech) gemeten. Weer twee weken later worden de ruiten geplaatst. Nou ja, één dus maar, want de ruit die eerst niet paste, was nu in het verkeerde glas besteld. Paar dagen later werd ik gebeld over een openstaande factuur. Die ik nog niet had gehad, want het glas zat er ook nog niet in. Vervolgens ben ik gebeld dat er maandag middag (vandaag) het glas geplaatst kon worden. Ik vroeg nog hoe laat, want ik moet om 14.00u kinderen uit school halen. Drie keer raden wat voor een briefje aan mijn deur hing toen ik thuis kwam. 😖 Gevalletje CommuniETcatie!

Unfortunately I did not have such a good experience with this company. Put new glass in my daughter's window frames. My daughter asked if I could get rid of the kit, because it didn't look very neat. I then went to take a look and was very shocked, there was a scratch in the glass that was 20 cm long and there was sealant residue everywhere on the wood and the work was very sloppy. Contacted the company, the scratch was within tolerance, because it was not in the field of view and the sealant could have been neater, but the painter had to solve that, window frames had only been painted last year. After insisting and indicating that I would have an independent person look into this, I was told that all resulting costs were for my account. I normally don't like negative reviews on the internet and I waited a few weeks before posting this, I thought maybe they would come back to it after all, but alas.

Ordered BENG glass for the living room through this company. Installation and finishing is done professionally. After service is also perfect, a phone call and it is arranged. We are satisfied!!

After request for quotation fast delivery, 13 windows in one day expertly placed by 2 employees who were very friendly, answered all questions etc. 1 slat that had to be replaced already installed the next day. Great company!
