We ordered glass for our bathroom. Someone came to measure, only to explain half-heartedly what we wanted and then drop a few words that meant nothing to us. We trusted his professionalism and knowledge. However, when two men came to install the glass, they discovered that the profile had been measured too short, preventing them from installing it and requiring a new one. This was incredibly disappointing, and the color wasn't what we wanted either. We hadn't been asked for the color, so we didn't know what the options were. When I told them I wasn't happy with the decision over the phone, they told me I was lying and that it wasn't true because it was on the invoice, even though the invoice doesn't mean anything to me. After a rude and unpleasant phone conversation, I indicated we would install the glass ourselves. When we went to do this, we discovered that not only the profile but also the glass had been measured incorrectly. However, they only wanted to reimburse us for the cost of the profile, not the glass. Communication was terrible, customer-unfriendly, and there was no compensation at all. They've now also told us they're unwilling to consider new glass and that we'll have to order it elsewhere. This means double the cost for us and for them to keep charging us. The two guys who came to install the glass were incredibly friendly and approachable, by the way.

Nice people who even have time to give advice to a student. I was also here a few years ago for a 3mm window for my exam furniture from the wood and furniture college, they had it ready the next day.

Neatly fulfill the agreements. They are on time and offer a fair price compared to other glaziers. We are very pleased with how they completed the job.

Replace window after damage. The measuring was scheduled within a few days, and they arrived a day later for installation! Old window was taken. Great service!
