What an incredibly unprofessional company, never do business with, have been waiting for the right window for almost a year now. The window piece is measured, the wrong measurement is taken and a new one is measured, everyone comes by without an appointment and just assumes that someone is there. Unfortunately the window is delivered with a crooked intermediate slat. OK then another window. that is delivered without having made an appointment 1 day after Christmas on December 27. where I moved the Christmas tree for them with a lot of pain and effort. New window in and guess what between slats too wide. Now we have been waiting 4 months for a new one, but we still receive a bill??? what do you mean, you idiots, fix it first. yes, but it was not clean according to the people who came to install the window, well the day after Christmas I don't know what they expect. They should first make sure that everything is arranged because this is really too bad for words and otherwise they can expect a lawyer

I needed glass in unusual shapes for windows on the boat. Made molds for this and these were neatly cut to fit from the desired glass. Later in the year I will need more glass and will definitely have it made here again. Super satisfied with the service and the price.

What an incredibly unreliable company. They were supposed to install a window between 10am and 2pm. However, no one comes by. When I call, they say they've already been by. However, we were both home, no radio on and a clear bell, but no one called. Normally they would put a note in the mailbox. But.... they ran out of notes??? We also gave them a phone number, but that was also not used. I gave them the chance to put it right today. However, that's not possible. They can schedule a new appointment and we can sit at home and wait another day. When I insist on speaking to a manager, the response is: 'That's not how we work'. Well, that's not how I'll ever work with Glaswacht again.
