My upper window was slammed shut by strong wind or at least hard. Result ...., broken window! Called RegioGlas. They were able to come by at the end of the day. They placed an emergency window. Now it is rain and draught proof until the new window can be placed. They took the measurements. They made an urgent order in consultation. 3 days later a new window with slats was neatly placed. Many thanks RegioGlas!

I asked a small question on Sunday about a glass shower wall via the website, it was reported as spam, so it could not be sent. I called on Monday and said a "quote" would be made, I think the email could be received within 5 minutes. How difficult can it be to give a price for a straight piece of glass? Called again on Tuesday... yes, it's coming... Now it's late Wednesday evening.... you know what ×××××× but with the "quote" glass shower enclosure,. I will look for a customer-friendly company elsewhere.

Great help/advice! I have contacted RegioGlas regarding: a broken window. Come inspect and measure the same day. Shortly afterwards the quotation was sent by email. Everything was neatly there. Shortly afterwards the old window was removed and the new one installed. New slats and neatly sealed. Ready for the painter. That's why this 5 star review!

Quick contact and quote received. However, after an appointment for the measurements, no one showed up. No response to emails afterward. No opinion on the work performed, but I hope it's better than the organization, as there's room for improvement.

Requested a quote 3 months ago. I received a nice price by email, but I had some questions about it. My brother and I called several times - eventually after a firm email I received a call back in which we made an appointment to measure the framework that needed to be replaced. But no one showed up on the day itself. I left a voicemail but haven't heard anything yet. I don't understand these rave reviews online, Regioglas is very difficult to reach and does not return calls!!!
